MyGuideLight is still in development. The planned Stay Connected form is intended to require an email address for either selected purpose. Name and questions or comments are intended to be optional.
ZIP code and county are intended to be requested only when someone expresses interest in using MyGuideLight in the future. They are intended to help us understand where Families are interested and plan future availability by state and county, not determine eligibility or priority.
How information may be used
The planned choices are separate: expressing interest in future use and receiving progress updates. Selecting one is not intended to select the other. Information is intended to be used for the purposes selected.
Expressing interest does not guarantee future access, participation, or priority. You can unsubscribe from progress updates. How to withdraw future-use interest and how related information is handled are to be confirmed with counsel.
When you submit the form, we record which options you selected, the time, and the version of the notices shown to you.
